4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

The approved payment methods for transactions on cde33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). No other methods are accepted.

Detailed terms for deposits and withdrawals:

  • The minimum deposit amount for all transactions is ৳200 (applicable for each method).
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • The payment account used for withdrawal must belong to the account holder.
  • If any bonus or promotional funds are attached, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
  • Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited and may be considered money laundering.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

cde33 offers a welcome bonus for new members and runs various promotions for existing members. All terms related to bonuses are listed below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000; deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total ৳11,000.
  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

  • The wagering requirement is 10x — applicable on the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not included).
  • Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
  • Bonus funds are non-transferable.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
  • cde33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
  • In any dispute regarding bonuses, the decision of cde33 will be considered final.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on cde33 — slots, fishing, cricket and sports betting, live casino, bingo, and crash games — are governed by the following general rules:

  • Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game lobby.
  • Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring Fair Play.
  • If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
  • In sports betting, a bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
  • In the event of an internet disconnection, the server-side result will be considered final.
  • cde33 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting a software or system error.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

  • Fraud & Deception: Any fraudulent activity, such as chargebacks, use of false identities, or unauthorized transactions.
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimize illegal funds.
  • Bots & Automation: Using any kind of bot, script, or automated software.
  • Collusion: Multiple players working together to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account for the same individual.
  • Underage Access: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use an account.
  • System Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

cde33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
  • The account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (subject to applicable bonus terms being met) will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activities, no balance will be returned.
